Accessibility statement

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA wherever feasible, and we design the portal to work as well on mobile phones as on computers.

What we have done

• Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
• Pages use meaningful headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.
• Every form field has a visible label. Errors are described in text and linked to the field they relate to.
• Statuses are shown with words as well as colour, never colour alone.
• Text and controls are designed for sufficient contrast in both light and dark mode.
• Animation is minimal and respects your device's “reduce motion” setting.
• Layouts adapt to small screens and remain usable when zoomed to 200%.
• Applications save as you go, so you can take breaks and return later.

Known limitations

Some documents you upload or download, such as scanned result slips, may not be fully accessible. If you need information in a different format, please contact us and we will help.
