Terms of use

By creating an account or using the Hezekiah University admission and student portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

Your account

• Create only one account, in your own name, and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been misused.
• The same account becomes your student account if you are admitted.

Accurate information

Everything you submit — including examination results and documents — must be true, complete and your own. The University verifies results and documents. Providing false or misleading information may lead to your application being rejected, or an offer or admission being withdrawn at any stage.

Eligibility, offers and admission

• The eligibility check in the portal is preliminary and is not an offer of admission.
• Admission decisions are made by the University in line with its approved requirements for the session, and with JAMB and other regulatory requirements.
• Offers are provisional until you accept them within the stated period and complete clearance.

Fees and payments

• Fees are set by the University for each academic session and published on the fees page and in the portal.
• Pay only into the official University account shown in the portal, and upload your receipt. A payment is complete only after Finance confirms it.
• The screening fee is for processing your application and does not guarantee admission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person's account or data, interfere with the portal's security or operation, or upload harmful, unlawful or unrelated files. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. Programme details, requirements and fees may be updated for each session. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions? Email [email protected]. See also our privacy notice.
