The process

Your portal shows where you are at every stage, who is handling it, and what happens next.

Step 01
Create your account
Register with your email address and verify it. This one account stays with you from applicant to graduate.
Step 02
Complete the application
Choose your admission mode and programme, enter your personal details and results, and upload your documents. Your answers save as you go.
Step 03
Check your eligibility
The portal compares your results with your programme's requirements and explains the outcome in plain language. This check is preliminary.
Step 04
Submit and pay the screening fee
Submit your application, pay the fee by bank transfer to the University account, and upload your receipt in the portal.
Step 05
Payment confirmation and document review
Finance confirms your payment, then Admissions verifies your documents. If anything needs replacing, you are told exactly what and why.
Step 06
Admission decision
Your application is reviewed by the Admissions Office. Every final admission decision is made by the University, not by the system.
Step 07
Offer and acceptance
If successful, you receive a provisional offer and admission letter in the portal. Accept the offer before the stated deadline.
Step 08
Clearance, hostel and registration
Complete clearance with each University office, secure your hostel space, and your account becomes your student account.
